ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Sales operations assistance with both local and remote customers.
- Daily communications and customer project management
- Daily phone and email interaction with an extensive network of Indirect Sales and Reseller Partners
- Facilitate our customers with creating estimates, processing orders, and other general administrative tasks
- You’ll be the friendly voice that reaches out to new and existing partners regarding training events, business development, follow up, and periodic check-ins
- Produce routine reports from our CRM and management software
- Administer our existing outbound email campaigns to our customer networks
- Ongoing carbon fiber and composite materials education for customers
- Adhere to Ruckus Composites Quality Assurance standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help out wherever necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer Services Backgrounds preferred
- Sales Support and Operations experience
- A drive to learn about carbon fiber and composite materials
- Willingness to follow direction
- Ability to engage customers and follow through on all commitments
- Extremely well-organized and detail oriented
- Friendly and engaging phone and email presence
- Comfortable with activity tracking and consistent follow up communications
- Office software skills required,gMail, gCalendar, Podio and MailChimp experience is a plus
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help out whenever necessary
