One of the hardest things to repair on a carbon fiber bike is the dropout. The primary reason why it’s so hard is because it is next to impossible to get a replacement part (trust me we have tried). There are so many small variations that make each dropout truly unique. So we had come up with our own solution. We 3d model and 3d print prototypes until they are nearly a perfect fit. At that point we get our designs CNC machined out of solid carbon fiber. We then use a frame jig to ensure perfect alignment for the new dropout.
To top it all off, our Ruckus dropouts use a standard replaceable derailleur hanger if it ever becomes bent.
