Unfortunately, we see many carbon fiber bike frames damaged in the shipping process. It’s disheartening because this can happen even when a frame is correctly packed and padded in the box. Opening a new bike box only to see a cracked frame is absolutely heartbreaking. This Colnago C60 frame came to us in such a manner: the bike box received severe side impact cracking the frame in two places.
