Sometimes things go horribly awry on rides. This carbon fiber Colnago C50 came to us with a broken seatstay and a ripped off dropout, so naturally we inquired what happened:

Carbon fiber cyclocross frames are completely and totally always subject to damage from the brutal nature of the course conditions. One of our customers crashed his favorite bike and came to us for repair help. Of course, we were happy to oblige and sent him back his "totally new looking frame".

Carbon fiber hardtail mountain bike frames inherently take a beating due the the nature of where and how people ride them. Subsequently, we see many cases of seatstay or chainstay damage for these type of frames. This one was a completely routine repair for us, and we were happy to save another frame and make another customer stoked!

This carbon fiber Trek Madone was damaged due to rear derailleur failure, resulting in a crash. The resulting tumble also caused damage to the headtube. This bike is the favorite ride of one of our customers and she sent it to us to be remade again.
