This Trek Emonda SLR carbon fiber frame is the world’s lightest production road bike and was in the hands of our customer for only a matter of weeks before the accident. We don’t have the details of how it happened, but we do know that the seatstay was damaged. At first glance our customer thought it was just a paint chip but the damage actually resonated deeply into the tube.
