When Waggener Edstrom wanted something handmade but techy, edgy, and fancy to impress a new client they turned to Ruckus.
Pairing lightly finished wood with the deep dark gloss of carbon fiber is one of our favorite aesthetics and a perfect blend of wood craftsmanship and machined carbon fiber.
In a few days time we came up with an elegant design and fabrication plan. We constructed a dozen wooden boxes to exact dimension and CNC machined matching carbon fiber lids and bottoms.
The boxes are lined with a nice soft white felt for a plush interior. Graham then sprayed perfect color matched logos on all twelve boxes.
We love doing creative projects like this as we get to bring our skills to new mediums.
